Sunday Arrival & Dismissal Info
All Sunday programs begin at 1pm unless otherwise stated.
We hold an arrival time from 12:30-1:00pm so we have time to settle all arriving children with their groups, take attendance and give them time to buy food, drinks or snacks.
There is no need to drop your child to the center before 12:30pm unless we specifically give you another drop-off time.
All Sunday programs are dismissed at 4:30pm unless otherwise stated.
Classes end at 4:15pm. We provide time for our counselors to gather all their children’s belongings, pack up their projects and bring them to their dismissal area.
If you do get to the center before 4:30pm, we ask that you wait by your child’s dismissal spot so kids are not being grabbed before counselors can get their kids to the dismissal area and sign them out properly.
Carpooling
If you are picking up children who are dismissed from different exits, please call the center at least 24 hours prior to program start, give us the names of the carpool, and we will assign them all to the Ave S side exit for pickup all together.
Making Changes to Dismissal or Program
If you need to make a change in your child’s dismissal location, time, method or in your child’s program or group, we require notification 24 hours prior to the program start. This is for the safety of all of our children. You can call the front desk at 718-627-4300 and they can communicate the change or try and reach Harry or Lillian directly. If you have an emergency change, you can always reach the front desk during the day of the program.
If your child is on bus either from Magen David or Flatbush Yeshiva or our door to door home busing and won’t be attending a specific day
You must inform the front desk if your child will not be taking bus on a specific day so that we don’t go looking for your child and hold up the bus from leaving.
When picking up your child
Please wait at the posted doors. We will either bring your child out to your car or take their name at the door and bring them outside for you. Please make your children aware of where you will pick them up because many children worry that their parents will not know where to get them. Please do not tell your child you will be getting them from another location because we need them to wait with their group and counselor at their posted dismissal spot.
To Register for Busing
In order for your child to take busing from school to the center or from the center to your home, You must register at least 5 days before program start so we can properly inform the right parties of their attendance.
Ultimate Sports
You can drop your children off in front of the building and we will escort them or walk them in yourselves to the following locations.

Counselors will be out in front of building escorting children either into the building or the yard when it is warm.
After posted times you will need to call the front desk and we will have someone in the school come and open the door for your child.
12:30-1:00pm
4th-6th grade- Bus
After posted times you will need to drop your child off to the hockey rink. Just call us and we will direct you to the right location.
Dismissal Location
1st-3rd grade- PS238 on East 8th St bet Quentin Ave & Ave P
4:15pm
Counselors and kids will be by front door on East 8th for dismissal.
4th-6th grade- SCC front door
4:30pm
Gymnastics
You can drop your children off in front of the building and we will escort them or walk them in yourselves to the following locations.
