Credits and Refunds

We understand that sometimes a program may not fit your child’s needs or wants or they are just unable to continue with programming based on age or injury.

  • Credits and Refunds must be requested via email to credits@sephardic.npgdev.com.
  • Your request will be dated at the time of that email, not when your child last attended program or based on how many actual sessions your child attended.
  • The Center will review refund requests before the program begins until after the  first week of a program; If a refund is approved, the following will be in effect:
    • Before the first week- the full cost of the program will be refunded minus $15. An email must be received by the Wednesday before the program begins.
    • After the first week- the cost of the program, divided by the number of weeks of the program, plus $30 will be kept and the rest refunded. An email must be received by Wednesday after the 1st week of program.
  • Refunds will first be applied as credits to your account until the refund is made.
  • Credits will only be issued after the 2nd and 3rd week of program.
    • After the second week- the cost of the program, divided by the number of weeks of the program, multiplied by 2, plus $45 will be kept and the rest refunded. An email must be received by Wednesday after the 2nd week of program.
    • After the third week, the cost of the program, divided by the number of weeks of the program, multiplied by 3, plus $60 will be kept and the rest refunded. An email must be received by Wednesday after the 3rd week of program.
  • If you only start program after the 2nd week then you will not be entitled to a refund, only a credit.
  • Refunds & credits include a cancellation fee as your child is holding a spot we could have sold to someone else, a program fee as we have purchased supplies based on registration numbers and an admin fee for processing. It works on a sliding scale as it get more difficult as the weeks progress.
  • The Center does not credit or refund for weeks missed during the season because of illness, appointments or family conflicts. If you know you will be missing a week during the season, you can ask for a prorate at registration. After that time, we will not go back and credit money.
  • If your child is injured in the course of our programs and cannot continue, we will refund you for the balance of the sessions. If a child is injured outside the center and cannot continue programs, we will issue a credit on account that can be used for future programming.
  • If a program does not run because of lack of registration, the Center will refund you in full.
  • The Center does not guarantee team placement and therefore will not issue refunds based on dislike of teams.
  • The Center will do everything in our power to handle all disciplinary issues but if we are unable to keep a child in a program due to safety reasons, then money will be credited for the remaining sessions.
  • The Center reserves the right to deny refund or credit for sold out programs if spot cannot be replaced.
  • If a program includes a jersey or uniform and that has already been ordered, that fee will be deducted from refund or credit.
  • Please allow up to a month for processing of all credits and refunds.
